Orioles Sign Joel Pinero and More

Today the Orioles have signed pitcher Joel Pinero to a minor league contract. Pinero is 33 and has been assigned to AAA Norfolk. This guy has spent parts of 12 years in the majors. Just check out his career stats if you are interested.

Right now the Orioles are tied with the evil empire. The game is 2-2 and my new 2nd favorite player has both RBIs for the birds. You just have to love Andino's fire. He knocked the Sox out of the playoffs last year and is trying to be the spark plug to knock out the Yankees tonight. Gotta love it.

AAA Pitcher Dontrelle Willis has soreness in his elbow and left the game early today.

Once again Dylan Bundy made the competition look pathetic tonight. He retired all nine hitters and struck out six. I am pumped for this guy to get up to Baltimore.
